Affiliate Terms and Conditions

By joining the Peach Active Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have an active online presence (TikTok, Instagram, or similar platform) with regular posting and engagement.

We prioritize affiliates who align with the Peach Active brand and community.

Peach Active reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a Peach Active affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote Peach Active in a positive, authentic, and accurate way
  • Use your unique affiliate link or code for tracking
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (ex: #affiliate, #PeachPartner)
  • Represent the brand in alignment with our values and community

You may not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about products
  • Impersonate or present yourself as the official Peach Active brand
  • Use content that is offensive, inappropriate, or damaging to the brand

3. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 10% commission on qualifying purchases made through their code or link
  • Commission applies to completed, non-refunded orders only
  • Commission is not eligible on select products, including the Everyday Cap
  • Personal orders using your own code are not eligible for commission

Peach Active reserves the right to update commission rates at any time.

4. Payouts

  • Commissions are paid monthly after a 30-day return window
  • A minimum payout threshold of $25 applies. Earnings below this amount will roll over to the next payout period.
  • Payments are issued via available payment method of your choice [including Venmo/PayPal]

Peach Active reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions for:

  • Returns or exchanges
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Violations of these terms

5. Cookie Duration

Referral tracking cookies are valid for 30 days from the initial click. Purchases made within this window will be credited to your account.

6. Code & Promotion Guidelines

To protect the Peach Active brand and community:

  • Affiliate codes are for your personal audience only
  • Posting codes on coupon, deal, or discount websites is not allowed
  • Paid ads using Peach Active’s brand name or trademarks require prior approval

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Engage in spam, deceptive marketing, or misleading promotions
  • Misrepresent product benefits, pricing, or availability
  • Bid on Peach Active branded keywords without permission
  • Use fake accounts, self-referrals, or attempts to game the system

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

Peach Active reserves the right to:

  • Remove affiliates who violate these terms
  • Withhold unpaid commissions tied to violations or abuse

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
