Return & Exchange Policy
At Peach Active, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return or exchange your order.
Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Peach Active is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We've got you.
- Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll ship your replacement.
- Replacement items are not shipped until the original item has been received and approved.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Log in to your customer account or view your order confirmation.
- Select the order you'd like to return or exchange.
- Click Manage and select Request Return.
- Submit a return request for the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, you'll receive return instructions by email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
